About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychotherapist working with individual clients online or in person in two locations in London: Marylebone W1 and London Bridge SE1.

I offer a warm, caring, professional space where you can pause and pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. My clients come to therapy for many reasons, such as relationship issues, trauma, anxiety or depression, but sometimes it’s a more general feeling that life isn’t going as it should or that something is missing.

The heart of the therapy is the relationship we build together. This connection helps uncover the conflicts behind your struggles and guides positive change. My experience with different cultures and languages, along with training in various approaches, helps me connect with a wide range of perspectives and needs. I use a flexible, integrative approach, which is especially helpful for those dealing with neurodivergence, identity questions, big life changes, or intercultural challenges.

Each therapy is tailored for each person, and I'm actively involved throughout the process. I work to help you better understand your challenges, build lasting coping skills, and use your strengths to find more contentment in life.

Practice description

I facilitate the exploration of emotions, memories, thoughts, behaviours and circumstances that shape the issues presented in therapy. Recognising that no single approach is suitable for every situation, I integrate psychological and neurobiological research, psychotherapeutic theories and established practices, drawing mainly from humanistic, existential and psychodynamic traditions. The emphasis is on building a strong therapeutic relationship that fits the unique needs of each client. I believe, supported by research, that this is at the core of therapeutic outcomes.

In our first session, we typically discuss the circumstances that bring you to therapy and any relevant history. This is also an opportunity for us to see if we can work well together and consider the best way forward.
