About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist working with individual clients online or in person in two locations in London: Marylebone W1 and London Bridge SE1.
In my practice, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, bereavement, major life transitions, trauma, self-harm, disordered eating, and negative body image. While this list covers some frequent concerns, it is not by any means exhaustive, as issues are often intricate and relational, requiring a holistic perspective that goes beyond labels.
Additionally, I work creatively with neurodivergent individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I have deep respect for the uniqueness of each person and the struggles they bring to therapy. My background and prior professional/academic experiences have helped me develop flexibility to connect with different perspectives and build relationships of trust where people can feel seen and understood. I practice in English and/or Portuguese.
I am interested in how you perceive and interpret your world so that, together, we can explore, with warmth, empathy, and curiosity, the nuances of your life, unlocking new possibilities, transformative change, and personal growth

Practice description
As an integrative psychotherapist, I aim to facilitate the exploration and integration of emotions, memories, thoughts, and behaviours - as well as circumstances and contexts - that impact wellbeing. Recognising that no single approach is suitable for every situation, I integrate psychological and neurobiological research, psychotherapeutic theories and established practices, drawing mainly from humanistic, existential and psychodynamic traditions. The emphasis is on building a strong therapeutic relationship that fits the unique needs of each client. I believe, supported by research, that this lies at the core of therapeutic outcomes.
Types of therapy
Existential, Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Phenomenological, Relational
Clients I work with
Adults, Older adults
How I deliver therapy
Long term sessions, Long-term face-to-face work, Online therapy, Short term sessions, Short-term face-to-face work

In our first session, we typically discuss the circumstances that bring you to therapy and any relevant history. This is also an opportunity for us to see if we can work well together and consider the best way forward.
