About me and my therapy practice

Whether you're navigating a challenging time, seeking personal growth, or looking for a safe space - you've taken a brave first step. You don’t have to face this alone. I'm here to offer an authentic, supportive and collaborative process led by you. The process of therapy is for us to work together to build up your skills, experience and confidence to face life head on. I'm an experienced therapist offering a safe, collaborative space to explore whatever you're going through, together. I have years of experience working with mental health in the NHS and have served individuals from all walks of life.

I'm able to support clients with a variety of issues (see 'Specialties' below). I have strong expertise in supporting clients understand explore their inner world, past traumatic experiences and personal conflicts. I have also worked deeply with existential crises, such as exploring: - Suffering and pain - Relationship with God - The meaning of Life

Anyone is welcome for therapy with myself and I am open to all clients. I adapt my work to my client's personality to reduce feelings of vulnerability and risk. There are not many spaces for people to feel seen and heard, but I hope to offer such a space with my counselling work.

Practice description

I work in a Person-centred way, meaning the client is the focus of our work. This process is led by you.

The human mind is a space where rationality often conflicts with emotions. We will explore where this conflict originates from and how to have these two parts of you co-exist and strengthen one another.
