When we work together, you can expect a warm, deeply compassionate therapist who brings both high-level professional training and a wealth of real-world life experience to our sessions. My practice is firmly grounded in my professional qualifications and BACP registration, ensuring you receive safe, ethical, and expert care. However, I believe that true therapeutic connection also comes from lived experience. Having navigated life’s complex ups and downs myself, I offer a grounded, mature perspective that goes beyond textbooks. This blend of professional training and rich life experience allows me to meet you exactly where you are with genuine empathy, profound insight, and a deeply relatable, non-judgemental approachMy first session

About me and my therapy practice
I’m a Person-Centred therapist, and I bring not only my training but also a wealth of life experience to the work I do. My calm, friendly nature helps create a safe and supportive space where you can begin to feel comfortable opening up and exploring whatever has brought you to therapy. Sessions take place in a private, welcoming setting, and if it feels easier, I also offer the option to connect online.
My approach is Person-Centred, which means I work alongside you at your own pace, focusing on what matters most to you. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing, whether that’s stress, anxiety, low mood, loss, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of the way forward.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s troubling you at your own pace. You don’t have to go through this alone—if you’re ready, I’d be glad to walk alongside you. Reach out when you feel ready.
