About me and my therapy practice
I’m an Integrative Therapist, I draw upon Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I deliver tailored sessions to meet my client’s unique needs and to help to make sense of their experiences in a way that feels meaningful to them.I am particularly passionate about supporting trauma survivors, including those affected by war, displacement, abuse, loss, and other life-altering experiences.
Whether your trauma feels “big” or “small,” its impact on your life and sense of self is deeply personal and valid. I understand how experiences of fear, loss, and uncertainty can leave lasting emotional wounds, and my role is to walk alongside you as you begin to rebuild safety, trust, and self-compassion.
I have experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, loneliness, grief, trauma, and the impact of domestic and sexual abuse. My approach is rooted in empathy and genuine connection, which I believe are essential for healing and lasting change.
Practice description
I run my private practice, and also I work for Counselling Matters Bexley.
I provide a warm, safe and empathetic space for my clients. My focus is on creating a calm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgement. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey — one that allows you to reconnect with yourself, make sense of your feelings, and find new ways to move forward.
Clients often come to me when they are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, loss, trauma, or difficulties in relationships. My role is to offer support, empathy, and insight as we work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and identify positive, sustainable changes.
I offer both online and face-to-face sessions in a supportive and confidential environment. Whether you’re looking for short-term support to address specific challenges, or longer-term therapy for deeper personal growth, you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and respect.
My aim is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected — to yourself and to others.
My first session
I offer a free 20- minute telephone assessment to help you decide if I’m the right therapist for you.
This initial call provides an opportunity to discuss what brings you to counselling, what you hope to achieve, and how I can best support you.
During this conversation, I’ll also guide you through a short assessment to help me understand your needs and expectations. This helps ensure that, if you choose to continue, our first full session is focused, meaningful, and tailored to you.
The assessment is informal, confidential, and without obligation — my aim is simply to make your first step into therapy as comfortable and supportive as possible.
Full counselling sessions last 50 minutes. I offer both online and face-to-face appointments, with flexibility for short- or long-term therapy depending on your needs.

My first session
On our first session I'll provide a space to help you decide if I’m the right therapist for you. This initial assessment gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to counselling, what you hope to gain from therapy, and how I can best support you.
During this conversation, I’ll also guide you through a short assessment to help me understand your needs and expectations. This helps ensure that, if you decide to go ahead, our first full session is focused and meaningful for you.
The assessment is informal and confidential — there’s no obligation to continue if you decide it’s not the right fit. My aim is to make this first step as comfortable and supportive as possible.
