Availability
I am currently welcoming new clients and offer flexible sessions to suit your schedule. My main hours are evenings, from 5pm to 9 pm on weekdays with some daytime availability on request. Weekends are available from 10am-8pm. Sessions are primarily online, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own space, but in-person appointments can also be arranged if needed, with prior notice. Please contact me to discuss your preferred time, and we can find a session that works for you.
About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Yasmin, and thank you for visiting my profile. I became a counsellor because I’m passionate about supporting people to connect deeply with themselves and others, work through challenges, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
My first aim is to build a strong foundational rapport with you, so you feel comfortable expressing yourself freely. This creates space for your true voice to emerge. I meet you with compassion and remain open to exploring the different parts of yourself, always holding respect for your uniqueness.
I support clients in processing persistent points of pain that may feel stuck or appear in patterns that hold them back from living the life they want. I have worked with a wide range of experiences and presentations, and I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences and process them at a deeper level. This often fosters new growth and confidence, enabling positive change as your self-awareness increases.
By combining therapeutic concepts with relational healing, I tailor each session to the individual. Together, we work to gain insight, build resilience, and foster personal growth. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence and self-compassion.
My theoretical model is relational integrative, which means I draw on different perspectives, theories, and ideas to support your well-being and mental health throughout the process. Our work is collaborative, enabling you to lead the journey toward greater clarity and well-being.
Practice description
My practice is based in London and operates primarily online, with face-to-face sessions available if booked in advance. Sessions are 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs. I also offer discounted rates for block bookings of 10 sessions or more.
In my practice, you can expect a professional, flexible, and welcoming environment where you are encouraged to explore at your own pace. Therapy is tailored to your goals and experiences, creating a collaborative journey toward self-understanding, emotional growth, and healing. Whether online or in-person, my focus is on helping clients feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout the process.
My first session
The initial consultation is offered at a discounted rate, giving clients the opportunity to explore whether therapy feels right for them before committing to further sessions. During this session, we will discuss your goals, complete a brief assessment (including a risk assessment), and explore how counselling can best support your needs.
The session is designed to help you feel comfortable, informed, and heard. I also provide guidance to other support services if needed, so you can be confident that all aspects of your well-being are considered. My aim is to ensure your first step into therapy feels safe, supportive, and clearly aligned with your needs.
