About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Wendy
I know what it is like to sense that something in your life is not sitting right and to realise you cannot keep carrying it alone. Most people arrive at therapy with a mix of hope, fear and exhaustion. I have been there myself. I understand what it takes to reach out and say something needs to change.
My own path has involved sorting through old beliefs, finding steadier ground in my body and learning to trust my inner direction again. That experience, along with years of training and practice, shapes the way I work. I am present, clear and practical. I help you make sense of what feels tangled and support you as you find your way forward.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or simply aware that you want your life to feel different, you do not need to navigate it on your own. Change is possible and you are not too late. I am here to help you take the next step.
Practice description
My approach is integrative. I draw from talking therapy, creative process, and regulation work, to meet what’s most alive in you. Sometimes we talk, sometimes we pause and notice what’s happening in your body, or explore through image and imagination. I pay close attention to the nervous system and the ways early patterns of self-criticism, people-pleasing and perfectionism still shape your day-to-day experience.
There’s no pressure to “fix” yourself here. Instead, we work gently toward steadiness, self-trust and a sense of belonging in your own life. Clients often say they feel more spacious, more present, and more themselves. Together, we make room for what’s real — so you can live from a place that feels grounded, not managed.

Our first session is a 30 min free session where we get to know a little bit about each other.
