About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling anxious, low, or perhaps lost, trying to make sense of it all?
If you're looking for in-person sessions, I have a therapy room in Stockwell, SW9, near Brixton, Vauxhall, and Oval. I also provide sessions online, and you can choose to mix both styles as your needs change.
Maybe you’re going through a difficult moment, questioning who you are and what to do next. Perhaps you’re seeking freedom from patterns that no longer work, or you simply want to feel better, more whole, and connected.
About my practice and what our work might look like.
My path to becoming a counsellor is rooted in my own life experiences and many years spent supporting others through their most challenging transitions. I understand what it is to reach a point where things just can’t stay the same; that understanding is at the root of my work and shapes how I approach life. This work isn’t just something I trained to do, it’s something I believe in deeply because I have experienced first-hand how transformative it can be.
My clinical background includes extensive experience within NHS talking therapies, which has provided me with invaluable insight into working with a diverse range of people and a wide spectrum of complex issues. I see everyone as wonderfully unique, and that is exactly how I approach each client and every session.
In our sessions, we can begin to explore your inner and outer world to look at how your past and current experiences have shaped you. Through this, we may notice patterns and gain an understanding of how you really feel and think, helping to make sense of it all. We will look at what tools and approaches work for you, whether that is reflecting on past experiences, exploring how you relate to yourself and others, or bringing awareness to your body and sensations.
Sessions provide a safe, supportive space to feel, reflect, and explore what matters most to you, changing with your needs as life unfolds in unexpected ways, as life tends to do.
