Availability
I have availability for face-to-face sessions in Lincoln between 5pm-8pm on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
I also offer face-to-face or online sessions on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm, subject to availability.
About me and my therapy practice
I appreciate that it takes strength and courage to take the first steps in asking for help and navigating complex feelings. I aim to create a safe, nurturing, non-judgemental space for us to develop a mutual, respectful and trusting relationship for you to think, feel and reflect. This reflective space will enable you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and how you relate to the world.
I offer empathy, compassion and warmth, working at your pace, supporting you to learn about yourself, your relationships, and how your environment and experiences have shaped you. We will work collaboratively to understand distressing topics and empower you to recognise your inner resilience, enabling lasting and effective change.

Practice description
As a Humanistic and Integrative therapist, my work is grounded in a relational, person-centred approach, guided by trauma-informed practice.
I offer a compassionate, reflective, relational safe space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. Drawing on a range of evidence-informed approaches, I tailor our work to your individual needs and preferences.
My practice is grounded in authenticity, empathy, respect and collaboration, with an emphasis on supporting you to develop greater self-awareness and emotional understanding.
Together we will explore the patterns, relationships and contextual factors that may be influencing your wellbeing, supporting you to reconnect with your inner resilience and facilitate sustainable, meaningful change toward a more grounded, fulfilling way of being.
