About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Hannah. Life can feel messy, overwhelming, and uncomfortable at times. I offer a safe and confidential space, both online and in person, where you can talk through your difficulties—whether they are rooted in the past, present, or worries about the future.
Practice description
As a qualified Integrative Counsellor (MBACP), I work in a non-judgemental and collaborative way, supporting you towards the change you want, at your own pace. You may feel anxious about something specific, or perhaps you feel confused and unsure where to start — we can explore this together.
I believe you are the expert in your own experiences. My role is to provide a calm, supportive space, along with the skills to help you explore, heal, and make the changes that feel right for you.
My first session
It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable. While this can take time, your initial session gives you the opportunity to get to know me and how I work, so you can decide whether we’re a good fit.
During your first session, I’ll ask a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, explain how I work, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also explore what you’d like to gain from therapy and begin to develop a way of working together that feels right for you.
This session will always move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to.
If we decide to continue, ongoing sessions usually take place weekly and are 50 minutes long. I offer sessions face-to-face in Weybridge (KT13), on the edge of Walton-on-Thames (KT12), or online.
