About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Kerry,
You may be feeling overwhelmed or anxious, perhaps you're struggling with low self-esteem, people pleasing, repeating patterns or struggling with the impact of difficult experiences such as loss.
I can offer a warm, supportive space to talk openly without fear of judgement. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced around you — whether you need space to process emotions, understand recurring patterns, or find practical ways to cope and move forward.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, low confidence, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves or exhausted from holding everything together for everyone else.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if this is your first experience of counselling. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I offer an initial conversation so we can explore what support you’re looking for and whether working together feels right for you.
Practice description
My practice is face to face, phone and online via secure video.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I get it - scrolling through hundreds of profiles and picking a stranger to talk to is daunting.
That’s why I offer a complimentary 20-minute online/phone consultation. A gentle first step with no pressure to commit.
