About me and my therapy practice

I truly appreciate how difficult it can be to take the step of reaching out and finding a counsellor who feels like the right fit.

I offer therapy for adults experiencing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I have a particular interest in relationship issues, including early relationships and experience of trauma that impact on adulthood.

I provide a calm, confidential and non-judgemental environment, where you can talk openly and at your own pace. You don't need to have the 'right words' or know where to start, we can explore things together.

I offer face-to-face and online sessions. In person sessions are held in Colchester and Bury St Edmunds. Both daytime and evening appointments available.

Practice description

I work predominantly in a person-centred way, placing great importance on building a trusting therapeutic relationship based on genuine empathy, respect and acceptance.

As a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the BACP you can be reassured that my work is guided by high standards of ethics, training, and professional practice.
