About me and my therapy practice
I offer confidential psychotherapy and counselling support for adults in Attleborough, Wymondham and Norwich, with online and in-person sessions available. I also offer online session globally.
My practice is grounded in a calm, compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I work with clients who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed or caught in repeating patterns, and who want a supportive space to make sense of their experiences and work toward change.
My integrative approach draws on psychotherapy, CBT, somatic therapy and hypnotherapy. I have a particular interest in inner-child work, helping clients explore the earlier beliefs, values and emotional responses that continue to influence their present-day thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This can be especially valuable when long-standing blockages or unresolved patterns are affecting wellbeing.
My perspective is shaped by my African background, my identity as a woman and my spirituality. I bring this to my work with sensitivity and respect, particularly when supporting clients navigating identity, culture, family dynamics, spirituality-related concerns or emotional pain rooted in earlier life experiences.
I work with individuals experiencing trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, emotional blocks and identity-related concerns.
Practice locations: In-person and online in Attleborough, Wymondham and Norwich, plus online sessions globally.

Practice description
I offer compassionate, confidential therapy in Attleborough, Wymondham and Norwich, with online and in-person sessions available. I also offer online session globally. My aim is to provide a calm, grounded and non-judgemental space where you can speak freely, feel understood and begin to make sense of what is happening beneath the surface.
Many people come to therapy when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally blocked or caught in repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to these experiences and work towards greater clarity, healing and lasting change.

I offer single-session therapy for those seeking focused, practical support without committing to ongoing weekly sessions. I offer a confidential space to explore a specific issue, gain clarity, and leave with a fresh perspective, coping strategies, and a clear sense of next steps.
This approach can be especially helpful if you want support with something current and specific, such as feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain about a decision, or navigating a difficult situation. The session is collaborative and tailored to your needs, with the aim of making the time feel purposeful, supportive, and meaningful.
