About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychotherapist for couples and individuals. I offer weekly psychodynamic therapy, in-person or online. This can be time-limited or open-ended.
I bring a compassion and curiosity to every client. I offer a space where we can think together about what is going on for you. We can explore some of the unconscious dynamics that might lead to feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
I qualified at Tavistock Relationships as a couple and individual psychotherapist. I have also led Mindfulness courses. I used to be a British Diplomat, working on conflict resolution, and much of my experience in the past 15 years has focused on creating spaces for healthy relationships.
Practice description
I offer sessions in-person from my consulting room, or online. Please email for further details.
My first session
I offer an initial one-hour online consultation for £30, where we can think together about the issues you would like to bring to therapy, and what kind of therapy might best suit you. Please email for further details.
