About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist and GHR-registered clinical hypnotherapist offering online therapy across the UK.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, an MSc in Health Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I have more than nine years’ experience supporting adults across the NHS, charitable services and private practice.
My practice focuses particularly on supporting high-functioning adults - often professionals, business owners, leaders and carers - who are used to being capable, dependable and emotionally available to others. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from their own needs, despite appearing to manage well on the outside. I welcome clients from a wide range of backgrounds and identities.
My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed. Through my Embodied Secure Self Method™, I bring together integrative and attachment-based psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, inner-child and reparenting work, parts-informed exploration, somatic awareness and nervous-system regulation.
I tailor therapy to you rather than expecting you to fit one fixed model. The therapeutic relationship is central to my work and we work collaboratively at a pace that supports safety, trust and meaningful, lasting change.
Practice description
I work with adults of all genders and specialise in supporting high-functioning women who may appear capable, successful and dependable on the outside, yet feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves or caught in patterns they cannot seem to change.
You may be used to being the strong one: overthinking, overachieving, people-pleasing, taking responsibility for others or finding it difficult to rest, receive support and express what you need. I also work with perfectionism, low self-worth, attachment difficulties, challenging relationship patterns and the lasting impact of childhood or relational trauma.
I offer a warm, thoughtful and collaborative space where you can slow down, understand yourself more deeply and begin creating change that is not only intellectual, but felt in your emotions, body and relationships. You will not be expected to disclose everything immediately or revisit painful experiences before you feel ready. We will agree the focus together and regularly review how the work is developing.
Therapy may be short-term, time-limited or longer-term. Sessions are available online across Bath and throughout the UK and last 50 minutes (£100) or 75 minutes (£140).
I also offer a complimentary introductory call if you would like to explore whether we may be a good fit.
My first session
Before booking a full therapy session, I offer a complimentary 15–20 minute clarity call. This is not therapy or a formal assessment. It is an opportunity for you to tell me briefly what you are looking for, ask questions about how I work and consider whether we may be a good fit.
If you decide to continue, your first therapy session will be either 50 minutes (£100) or 75 minutes (£140), charged at my standard rate. We will explore what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to understand or change, relevant parts of your history and any current support or safety needs. You do not need to tell me everything or have a perfectly clear goal.
Before your first therapy session, you will receive a welcome pack containing an initial assessment form to complete, a therapy agreement to sign, privacy information, further details about how I work and the secure link for our online session.

About me and my therapy practice
Supervision for the whole therapist: clinical depth, ethical clarity and practical support for building a sustainable private practice.
I offer online supervision across the UK to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists working with adults.
You do not need to come to supervision with everything neatly worked out.
You can bring the client who stays in your mind, the ethical question you keep circling, the moment you felt stuck, protective or unsure. The part of the work that touched something personal in you, or the private-practice challenge nobody prepared you for.
I believe some of the richest supervision happens in precisely these places.
My approach is warm, relational and actively engaged. I will think alongside you, ask questions, offer perspective and thoughtful challenge, and share my own experience when this genuinely serves you and the work.
I am not interested in supervision becoming a place where you feel you have to perform competence.
You are allowed not to know.
We can be curious together about what is happening for the client, what is happening between you and what the work may be awakening in you.
My aim is to create a relationship where you can think honestly, acknowledge uncertainty and bring the parts of your work that feel difficult or unfinished.
I want you to feel safe enough to talk about your own emotional world - your struggles and doubts, but also the moments you feel proud of, because who you are as a person inevitably shapes who you are as a practitioner.
_________________________________________
I am a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist and GHR-registered clinical hypnotherapist with over nine years' experience across private practice and mental health services.
I hold a PGDip in Integrative Psychotherapy, an MSc in Health Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. My clinical work is relational, attachment-focused and trauma-informed.
Practice description
Supervision is more than a place to report on cases or demonstrate that you are doing things “right”. I see it as a space for thoughtful clinical reflection: somewhere we can slow the work down enough to notice what might otherwise be missed.
We might explore a client you cannot quite make sense of, a relationship that feels unusually intense, a rupture you are unsure how to repair or a session that left you wondering whether you helped at all.
We can think together about formulation and therapeutic direction, attachment and relational dynamics, boundaries, risk, safeguarding and ethical decisions. There is also room for the therapist behind the work: self-doubt, emotional activation, over-responsibility, rescue impulses, frustration, tiredness or the pressure to get therapy “right”.
I particularly enjoy working with integrative practitioners and those supporting clients with relational and developmental trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, identity and complex relationship patterns.
And because being a therapist does not happen in a vacuum, supervision can also hold the realities of professional life. Where relevant, we can think about workload, fees, boundaries, policies, difficult client communications, private-practice decisions and ethical marketing.
For me, good supervision should support not only safer and deeper clinical work, but the development of a therapist who increasingly trusts their own thinking, recognises their limits and finds a way of practising that is genuinely sustainable.
My first session
Our first supervision session is an opportunity to understand how each of us works and whether we are a good supervisory fit.
We might explore your current caseload, the work that feels rewarding and the clients or situations that leave you questioning yourself, feeling stuck or simply needing another mind alongside yours.
I am interested not only in the clinical work you bring, but in you as the practitioner - what happens within you in the room, what you notice in the therapeutic relationship and where you may need support, challenge or space to think.
We will also talk about how we want to work together, including expectations, boundaries and practical arrangements, so that our supervision has a clear foundation.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
Supervision is precisely the place where you can bring what feels uncertain, unfinished or difficult to make sense of and we can think about it together.

About me and my therapy practice
However experienced we become, there are clients who make us think harder.
The client who stays in your mind after the session, the relationship you cannot quite make sense of, the moment you felt unusually protective or frustrated. The ethical question without an obvious answer or simply the session you keep replaying, wondering whether something important was missed.
You can bring all of that here.
____________________________________________
I believe good supervision makes room for both what we know and what we do not yet understand. You do not need to perform competence with me.
My role is to help you deepen your own clinical thinking, explore what may be happening beneath the surface of the work and strengthen trust in your own therapeutic judgement.
My style is warm, relational and actively engaged. I will think alongside you, ask questions, offer perspective and thoughtful challenge, and share my knowledge and experience where it is genuinely useful.
There is also room for you as a person within the work: what a client evokes in you, where you feel stretched or uncertain, what you find difficult and what you feel proud of. Who we are inevitably enters the therapeutic relationship.
Supervision also carries professional responsibility. I take client welfare, safeguarding, ethics, boundaries and accountability seriously. I do not expect perfection, but I do want us to be able to think honestly together.

Practice description
Supervision is more than a place to report on cases. It is a space to slow the work down, think clinically and notice what may be harder to see when you are in the middle of it.
Together, we may explore:
• client work, formulation and therapeutic direction
• attachment, relational dynamics and therapeutic ruptures
• risk, safeguarding, boundaries and ethical decisions
• self-doubt, emotional activation, over-responsibility and burnout
Sometimes the useful question is not only, “What is happening for this client?” but also, “What is happening between us?” or “What is this work awakening in me?”
I particularly enjoy supporting integrative practitioners working with relational and developmental trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, identity and complex relationship patterns.
My own practice draws on relational, attachment-based and trauma-informed thinking alongside parts-informed, inner-child and reparenting work, somatic and nervous-system understanding and hypnotherapy. Where relevant to your practice, we can think about how these approaches can be integrated thoughtfully and within your competence and scope of practice.
There is also room for the professional life surrounding the clinical work. Where relevant, we can think about fees, boundaries, policies, workload, difficult client communications, private-practice decisions and ethical marketing.
My aim is to support you in becoming increasingly confident in your own clinical thinking while remaining curious, reflective and aware of the edges of your competence.
My first session
Our first online session is an opportunity for both of us to understand how the other works and whether we are a good supervisory fit.
We will discuss:
- your training, experience and therapeutic approach
- your work setting, client group and caseload
- any relevant course, placement or professional requirements
- your previous experiences of supervision and what you need from our work
- what helps you feel able to think openly, disagree, ask questions and bring uncertain or difficult material
You are welcome to ask me direct questions about my experience and the way I work. Supervisory fit is mutual and neither of us needs to force the relationship if it does not feel right.
If we decide to continue, we will agree a clear supervision contract covering frequency, fees, confidentiality, professional responsibilities, record keeping, communication and responses to risk or urgent concerns.
We will review our work regularly so that supervision can evolve alongside your practice rather than becoming something we simply repeat out of habit.
We will review our work regularly to ensure that supervision continues to support you and your clients.

I take client welfare, safeguarding and professional accountability seriously. When something important needs to be named, I will do so with honesty, care and respect.

Practice description
Supervision is not only a place to report on cases. It is a space to think about the clinical work, your responses to it and the professional context around it.
Together, we may explore:
- client work, formulation and therapeutic direction
- attachment, relational dynamics and therapeutic ruptures
- risk, safeguarding, boundaries and ethical decisions
- self-doubt, emotional activation, over-responsibility and burnout
We can also pay attention to what the work is awakening in you. Sometimes the most important question is not only, “What is happening with this client?” but also, “What is this work awakening in me?” These experiences can be explored openly and without shame.
I particularly enjoy supporting integrative practitioners working with relational and developmental trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, identity and complex relationship patterns.
I can support you in incorporating relational, attachment-based, parts-informed, inner-child, somatic, nervous-system and hypnotherapy-informed approaches coherently and within your competence and scope of practice.
Where relevant, we can also consider fees, boundaries, policies, workload, client communication, positioning and ethical marketing. This remains grounded in clinical supervision and supports a practice that is both clinically responsible and personally sustainable.
