About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Melinda. I offer sessions online and in Central London providing a calm, attuned environment where you can speak freely and gently explore areas of life that feel stuck. With a warm, collaborative approach, I will support you to slow down, listen inwardly, and begin the process of healing.
Whether you’ve been considering therapy for some time or are in a moment of urgency, I will meet you at your own pace and help you make sense of your inner world.
Together we can work to understand behavioural patterns, encouraging growth and self-awareness via a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Practice description
I'm a Humanistic Integrative Therapist, specialising in grief, anxiety, professional burnout, low mood, chronic health conditions, relationship or family challenges and body image issues.
I draw from humanistic, gestalt and psychodynamic perspectives, I integrate these in ways that reflect you as an individual, with a completely unique and personalised approach.
I offer long and short term therapy, either face to face and online. I have experience supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and with a wide range of issues. Perhaps you have been using an AI tool to support you and would like to integrate that with a human perspective? Let's talk about it!
My first session
Initially I would suggest a 15/20 min intro call where you can ask any questions you might have.
Should you choose to proceed, our first few sessions would be exploratory conversations. An opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy at this time as we begin to establish a safe space and determine if you feel the fit is right for any longer term work.
