About me and my therapy practice
You might be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost. Perhaps you still hold on to something that happened long ago and have difficulty letting it go. You might feel stuck in a job, in a role in your relationship that does not suit you anymore, and find it hard to move on. You might find yourself lost in repeating thoughts and behaviours, or feeling unable to find joy, peace or happiness in life.
Practice description
In our work together, I create a compassionate, safe and confidential space where you can reflect on your life and hopes for today and also for the future. By reflecting on your life and the patterns in it will help you gain a deeper understanding.
I work with individuals facing a range of emotional challenges, helping them gain insight, process their feelings, and move towards meaningful change. If you’re ready to start this journey, contact me today.
Before our first session, we will have an initial call, for which there is no charge, where we can discuss your needs. This will give us the opportunity to find out if I am the right therapist for you.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel daunting or unsettling, but our first session is an opportunity to explore what brings you here and how you hope to be supported. I will also explain how I work and answer any questions you might have.
