About me and my therapy practice
I am a trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and I provide an open-minded, supportive and confidential space that is focused on you and the challenges you are facing.
Whether you are experiencing difficulties in your relationships, family or other aspects of your life, together we can think about and begin to make sense of them. Psychodynamic psychotherapy can provide you with an understanding of your current situation in the context of your previous experiences. It creates a process of dynamic thinking about past and current thoughts, feelings and unconscious modes of being. It also allows you to think about what may underlie recurring patterns in your behaviours, feelings and emotions.
I have experience of supporting individuals in a range of settings such as NHS, parent, youth, LGBTQIA+, neurodiversity and disability services, which has helped me develop a range of skills and a calm and empathetic approach to supporting people of all backgrounds and ages.
My approach will also help you to work towards a deeper level of understanding and both meaningful and lasting change.
I work with individuals face-to-face and online.
