Availability

I currently offer therapy sessions during the week with flexible appointment times to accommodate different schedules. Sessions are available during daytime hours on several weekdays, with evening appointments available on selected days for those who prefer after-work sessions.

I also offer appointments throughout the day on Saturdays.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure about the next steps in your life? Life can be tough, and sometimes we all need a space to talk things through with someone who is compassionate, supportive and understanding.

I am a registered counsellor with the BACP. I work from a creative psychodynamic approach, which means we explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing your present thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a creative way. I believe that understanding your inner world can lead to meaningful change.

I have experience supporting adults and children with trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression. I provide therapy online in English, Arabic and French. Therapy with me is a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings freely at your own pace and begin to make sense of what you are carrying. 

Practice description

I offer online therapy sessions, providing a flexible and accessible way to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Online therapy allows you to attend sessions from home, work, or any place where you feel safe and able to speak freely, removing the need to travel to an office.

Sessions are conducted through secure video platforms and provide the same level of care, confidentiality, and professionalism as in-person therapy.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. We will talk about what you would like support with, any concerns you may be experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.

I may ask some questions about your current situation, personal history, and any previous experiences with therapy. This helps me build a clearer picture of your needs and how best to support you.

The first session is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy, how I work, and what to expect from future sessions. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. We will move at a pace that feels right for you.

By the end of the session, we can reflect on whether you feel comfortable continuing to work together and discuss possible next steps. If you decide that you would like to proceed, I will send you a counselling agreement outlining the terms of our work together.
