About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative relational Psychotherapist I blend different therapeutic approaches to create a tailored experience for my clients with a strong focus on the power of human relationships.
This approach recognises that who we are is shaped by our past experiences, emotional world, and the relationships we have had throughout life. Healing begins in a safe, trusting relationship where you feel truly seen, heard and accepted.

WHAT DOES INTEGRATIVE MEAN
I will draw from a range of theories and methods, depending on your unique needs.
These may include:
• Person-Centred Therapy – offering empathy and unconditional positive regard
• Psychodynamic Therapy – exploring how past relationships and experiences affect you today
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – addressing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors
• Attachment Theory – understanding how early bonds impact current relationships
I will blend these approaches into a personalised, flexible way of working that evolves as you do.
My first session
I offer a first session free to ensure I am the correct person to help you.
During this session we will get to know each other and form a plan to meet your needs.
I charge £45 per 50 minute session thereafter for individual therapy and £65 for couples sessions.
