I’m Kirsty, an integrative counsellor offering online counselling for adults. I provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and able to explore whatever you may be going through, at your own pace.

About me and my therapy practice

If you’ve been feeling anxious or unsure of yourself, or facing challenges in relationships, identity, or self-worth, I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore what’s going on at your own pace. You may find yourself caught in patterns of self-criticism, putting others’ needs before your own, or struggling to trust yourself. While you may appear to be coping on the outside, inside, you might feel disconnected, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

I offer a non-judgemental space where you can reflect on your experiences and focus on what matters most to you. I see therapy as a collaborative process, shaped by trust and presence, allowing insight and change to unfold at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered with the BACP. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Additionally, I am trained in walk-and-talk therapy, providing flexible approaches to suit your needs

My experience spans both corporate settings and mental health services. Working in a corporate environment gave me insight into stress, work-life balance, and overall wellbeing, while volunteering with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust strengthened my commitment to compassion, empathy, and helping clients feel truly heard.

I draw on integrative, person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and move towards greater wellbeing.

Practice description

My approach is integrative, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) therapies. I blend these approaches in a flexible, relational way, adapting the work to your individual needs and experiences.

I aim to create a gentle, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we can look at emotional distress, relational patterns, trauma, and periods of transition, supporting deeper understanding and meaningful change.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, and challenges around life transitions, offering supportive space to explore change, build confidence, and develop emotional resilience.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and empathic environment where the focus is on you and your unique journey. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together at a pace that feels right for you.

I’m Kirsty, an integrative counsellor offering in-person and online counselling for adults. I provide a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and able to explore whatever you may be going through, at your own pace.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor working with adults, offering flexible in-person and online therapy.

You may look like you’re coping, while inside things feel much harder. Perhaps you find yourself overthinking, second-guessing your decisions or being harder on yourself than you would be towards someone else. You may put others’ needs first, struggle with boundaries, or find it difficult to trust yourself. Despite appearing fine from the outside, you might feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected or unsure how to move forward.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative approach, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood and able to be yourself. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. I work at a pace that feels right for you, with the aim of helping you feel more grounded, confident and compassionate towards yourself.

I am fully qualified and registered with the BACP. I hold a BA in Drama and Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am also trained in walk-and-talk therapy, offering an alternative to traditional indoor sessions where appropriate.

My experience spans corporate and mental health settings. Working in a corporate environment gave me insight into stress, work-life balance and wellbeing. I have also volunteered with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, strengthening my experience of supporting people with compassion and empathy.

I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approaches, tailoring therapy to your individual needs and experiences.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-worth, relationships, life changes or feeling stuck, I can provide a supportive space to understand yourself more deeply and work towards meaningful change.
