Welcome to Kirsty Pratt Integrative Therapy. I am a London-based integrative counsellor offering in-person and online counselling for adults, creating a space where you feel understood and supported, with sessions that suit your needs.

I offer daytime sessions throughout the week, Monday to Friday.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified counsellor, working with adults, offering flexible in-person and online sessions.

If you’ve been feeling anxious or unsure of yourself, or facing challenges in relationships, identity, or self-worth, I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore what’s going on at your own pace. You may find yourself caught in patterns of self-criticism, putting others’ needs before your own, or struggling to trust yourself. While you may appear to be coping on the outside, inside, you might feel disconnected, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

I offer a non-judgemental space where you can reflect on your experiences and focus on what matters most to you. I see therapy as a collaborative process, shaped by trust and presence, allowing insight and change to unfold at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, registered with the BACP. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Psychology and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Additionally, I am trained in walk-and-talk therapy, providing flexible approaches to suit your needs

My experience spans both corporate settings and mental health services. Working in a corporate environment gave me insight into stress, work-life balance, and overall wellbeing, while volunteering with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust strengthened my commitment to compassion, empathy, and helping clients feel truly heard.

I draw on integrative, person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. I aim to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and move towards greater wellbeing.

Practice description

My approach is integrative, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) therapies. I blend these approaches in a flexible, relational way, adapting the work to your individual needs and experiences.

I aim to create a gentle, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we can look at emotional distress, relational patterns, trauma, and periods of transition, supporting deeper understanding and meaningful change.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, and challenges around life transitions, offering a supportive space to explore change, build confidence, and develop emotional resilience.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and empathic environment where the focus is on you and your unique journey. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Session Format

I offer counselling for adults in person, online, and through walk-and-talk therapy, providing flexible and accessible ways to engage in therapy in a setting that feels right for you.
