I offer sessions online using Zoom, "walk and talk" therapy for those who prefer to be outside, or at my practice which is at my home just outside Cranleigh.
About me and my therapy practice
There are times in life when we all feel a little lost at sea. I offer a warm, welcoming and confidential environment where we can explore the thoughts and feelings that may be overwhelming you.
I work in a holistic way—I consider the whole of who you are, not just your mental state and I use an integrative approach to counselling, drawing on a number of theories and models to best serve my clients needs. I offer flexible therapy options, whether you need short-term support or a longer-term commitment.
Practice description
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to provide tailored support that meets each person's unique needs in a professional, non-judgmental setting.
Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and challenges that shape your experience, helping you develop a deeper understanding of what lies beneath certain behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. Clients often find that this growing self-awareness brings clarity, opens the door to change, and supports healthier emotional processing.
I believe that change is within everyone's reach. For some challenges, it flows naturally and with ease. For others, it requires us to dig deeper—cultivating new levels of self-awareness, embracing acceptance, summoning courage, and making a genuine commitment to growth. I believe we become our best selves when we commit to self-care, personal growth, and our own healing journey. The benefits extend beyond ourselves—they positively impact everyone in our lives.
My first session
I understand that finding the right counsellor is really important. That's why I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone or video call to briefly talk through your current difficulties and explain how I work.If we decide to move forward, the next step is an initial consultation lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. This allows us to delve deeper into your circumstances background and the challenges you’re facing.
After that regular weekly counselling sessions are agreed and last 50 minutes.
