About me and my therapy practice

Hi, looking through listings of possible counsellors can be challenging. So I will make it simple. My training and experience is with Adults, young people, children and couples. I have experience working with different variations of Trauma. Sexual violence, domestic violence, grief and loss. But I also work along side acute and generalised anxiety, gender affirming concerns (working with a client during that journey of discovery). Bipolar, ADHD and Autism to name a few. I work with the here and now, but also explore past experiences. Give me a call for a free consultation, and to ask any questions.

For children and young people, challenges can show up in many ways — through behaviour, withdrawal, worries or difficulties at school. I adapt my approach to suit each person’s age, needs and personality. With my couples work, I offer a space to process, discuss and understand each other’s perspective. With aim to resolve and grow together.

I offer a welcoming, light space for people to explore why we do the things we do. If this sounds like the correct match for you, give me a call so we can discuss any further questions you may have.
