About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what brings you to therapy now and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic perspectives to help you uncover your unique needs and create lasting change. Together, we can uncover patterns that no longer serve you, heal old wounds, and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
Practice description
What sets me apart is the way I combine relational depth with a practical, down-to-earth approach. I don’t just focus on symptoms, but help you uncover the patterns and experiences shaping your life, so that change becomes possible. My professional expertise and lived experience, fosters a therapeutic space where we can meet on a deeply personal level. Whether online or in person, my aim is to help you feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to move forward.

The first session is assessment-based. This is to discuss the issues you wish to bring to therapy, as well as to understand your expectations and goals.
