About me and my therapy practice
Welcome, I am Hannah, a Psychosexual and Relationship therapist with over a decade of experience supporting women through life’s transitions.
I believe getting in touch with who you are and what is really going on beneath the surface, is where true change happens. At first this can be a daunting conversation to have, especially if you are used to bottling it up inside and keeping busy. I offer a warm and confidential space where we work at a pace which suits you and where you can feel comfortable sharing your story.
Practice description
I have an extensive background in psychosomatic therapies (the mind-body connection). It was through my own challenges that I developed a special interest in sexual wellbeing and the relationship with the body.
Whether you’re navigating mysterious illness symptoms, intimacy issues, peri/ menopause, fertility challenges, sadness, loneliness, identity loss or something that feels harder to explain, I will offer a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself again.
My first session
An initial paid consultation provides an opportunity for us to discuss the areas you wish to focus on. Here I will gather relevant information and explain how your individual sessions may work in relation to your intentions.
Every session is individualised for you, your unique history, your current life situation and together we will move through any past issues and work towards actively creating a better sense of wellbeing within the mind - body connection.
The sessions act as a safe space in which we focus on supporting you, as you engage your own body’s ability to heal itself. The space we share is also a time to speak openly and honestly so that you can reclaim the relationship with you body for yourself.
Our sessions always remain confidential. The number of sessions you will require depends on the pace that feels right for you, not me.
I kindly ask that you commit to an initial three sessions, which builds a container of safety to promote a deeper level of healing. Sessions are typically bi-weekly or monthly.
