About me and my therapy practice
You might be feeling overwhelmed, worn down, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to shift, no matter how hard you try. Perhaps you’re carrying a lot on your own, putting everyone else first, or feeling misunderstood by people around you. It can be exhausting to keep going when you’re not sure who you can really talk to.
If you’re neurodivergent, you may have spent a lifetime feeling like you don’t quite fit, masking parts of yourself just to get through the day. You might feel burnt out, anxious, or frustrated by systems that weren’t designed with you in mind. You may also be exploring questions around identity, relationships, or belonging, and wanting a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgement.
I offer an affirming, compassionate space where you don’t have to justify how you feel. Together, we can gently explore what’s been weighing on you, at a pace that feels right for you. Counselling can help you make sense of difficult experiences, reconnect with yourself, and find ways of coping that feel more manageable and authentic.
I work in a trauma-informed way, paying close attention to safety, trust, and your individual needs. There’s no expectation to have the right words, we’ll find them together.
