Availability
Hello and welcome. I have availability online or in person from Tuesday 6th January on every Tuesday from 9am - 2pm.
About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative therapist, working online and in person in East London. Whatever brings you here, I understand that beginning therapy can be daunting and takes courage. My role is to work alongside you, creating a safe and open space where every part of you is welcome.
I work integratively, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than working from a single rigid model. My practice is informed by psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic principles, allowing me to adapt my way of working to your individual needs and experiences. This means therapy is shaped around you, rather than you having to fit into a particular framework.
I offer a confidential, collaborative, and safe therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences. I see psychotherapy as a relational and collaborative process. For me, psychotherapy is like a prism - shifting the lens reveals new colours, meanings, and possibilities. I listen openly and without judgement, taking care to understand your experiences with curiosity. From time to time, I may share reflections or perspectives that might help you view things in a new light.
Qualifications:
My clinical experience includes working at the Royal College of Music and in private practice in East London, where I have supported adults from a wide range of backgrounds and with diverse presenting concerns.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma and Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy & Counselling and am currently training towards a Master’s degree and professional accreditation at Regent’s University London. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with its Ethical Framework.
Practice description
Therapy sessions take place weekly at the same time and last 50 minutes. I offer both short-term therapy (6–12 sessions) and open-ended work, depending on your needs. Together, we can decide what feels most supportive for you.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and non-judgemental. I place great importance on your lived experience and how you make sense of the world around you. I see therapy as a shared reflective space, where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns together at a pace that feels right for you.
Working relationally also means paying attention to what unfolds between us in the therapy room. This can offer valuable insight into how early relationships may have shaped you, and how these patterns might continue to influence your current relationships and ways of relating.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute online initial session. This is a chance for us to meet, talk through what brings you to therapy, and see if working together feels like the right fit. There’s no obligation to continue - it’s simply an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and ask any questions you may have.
If we agree to a first session, our meeting (online or in person) is a chance to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the process. Most importantly, it allows both of us to get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
