About me and my therapy practice

I offer integrative psychotherapy for adults, both online and in person in London. 

I support people experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, or a sense of feeling stuck. My approach is flexible and responsive, shaped around who you are and what you bring. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended.

What's it like to work with me?

I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where we work collaboratively and at your pace. Alongside talking, I may use creative tools such as cards, objects, or drawing to help explore what can be hard to put into words. I also integrate breathing and self-regulation techniques to support nervous system awareness and emotional safety. These approaches are always optional and guided by what feels right for you.

How do I get started?

You can get started by booking an initial consultation. This first session is a gentle space to talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy and to see how it feels to work together. You are welcome to ask questions and take your time deciding. If it feels right, we can then agree on ongoing sessions.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay to feel unsure. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin. I welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life. We move gently, with respect for your boundaries and your process.

Practice description

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, as well as single-session therapy, depending on your needs.

My approach is relational and existential. I see therapy as a space where we can explore your experience together, with attention to the therapeutic relationship, the meaning you make of your life, and the values that guide you. This can support you in developing greater clarity, self-understanding, and the capacity to make choices that feel more aligned with who you are.

Before beginning therapy, I invite you to book an initial consultation call. This gives us an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and to consider whether working together would feel appropriate.

You can then book an introductory session. If we both agree to continue, we will usually begin with a contract for twelve weekly sessions. This provides a contained and focused framework for the work. There is also the possibility of continuing on a longer-term basis if this feels helpful.

My first session

I offer an introductory session at a reduced fee of £55. This session is a full 50-minute therapy session, giving you the opportunity to experience how I work and to bring whatever feels important to you.

I do not use questionnaires or formal assessments at this stage. Instead, I approach assessment relationally, through our conversation and shared exploration of your experience.

The first session is also an opportunity for us to consider the connection between us and to clarify what you would like to work towards in therapy. If we both feel it is appropriate to continue, we will agree on the goals and framework for our work together.
