About me and my therapy practice
Hello I’m Olivia, a Level 7 Counsellor working with adults and young people, offering a warm, accepting space where you can come exactly as you are and explore whatever feels important to you.
I have supported those facing a range of challenges including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
I also have specialist training in working with children and young people, and a particular interest in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. I deeply value the many ways people experience and understand the world and I aim to tailor my approach to honour you as you are.
Practice description
My approach is broadly person-centred, focused on understanding and valuing you as an individual, your unique experiences and way of being. Sometimes, I may gently draw upon other approaches, while emphasising your power in the therapeutic process, encouraging you to openly voice your needs and share what feels helpful- and what doesn’t.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. We can arrange an informal 20-minute call to answer any questions and see if working together feels right. There’s no pressure, just a chance to get a sense of how it may feel for you.
Please note sessions are online, or in person in Lincoln.
