About me and my therapy practice
What is your anxiety or overwhelm preventing you from doing? I can support you explore what’s behind these feelings and how life transitions may be impacting you, helping you to move forward with deeper insight, self-awareness, and greater confidence.
If you are here, reading this, you may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in a cycle of overthinking that leaves you exhausted and unsure of where to turn. Many people I work with describe a sense of always needing to be in control, while feeling increasingly uncertain and disconnected from themselves.
These feelings can emerge or intensify during life transitions, such as changes in relationships, work, health, or loss, when familiar ways of coping no longer feel enough. This can bring up deeper emotions linked to earlier life experiences, affecting your self-esteem, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
I provide a calm, supportive space where we can gently explore what is happening for you. My integrative approach means I tailor the way we work to you. Together we can reflect on how past experiences and relationships have shaped the way you respond to stress and uncertainty today. Helping you gain insight and understanding about what is driving your anxiety. Alongside this, I can also help you find practical ways to manage anxious thoughts and emotional overwhelm in the present. I work at your pace, supporting you in uncovering what you need to move forward in ways that feel meaningful, and right for you.

Practice description
My approach is relational, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT-informed ways of working. My strength lies in building an authentic, therapeutic relationship, working at your pace as we reflect on past experiences, exploring how they may be shaping your present. Together, we can gain insight, develop resilience and more compassionate ways of relating to yourself and others, building healthier ways forward.I offer one-to-one online counselling on either a short-term or open-ended basis for adults (18+) across the UK.
My first session
I understand that choosing a counsellor can feel daunting, particularly if this is your first experience of counselling. I offer a free 15-minute online introductory session, giving you the opportunity to talk about what has brought you to counselling, ask any questions, and see how we might work together.
