About me and my therapy practice

Hello, my name is Mark.

I am a qualified and registered (BACP) counsellor and am here to support you with your healing journey. I work with individuals, couples, and families and have a strong ethos surrounding mental health and overall wellbeing.

Practice description

Our 50-minute sessions can be tailored to suit your needs and can be conducted online or in person depending on availability. I specialise in processing grief, bereavement, conflict resolution, couples counselling, and men’s counselling. Moreover, I am experienced with Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management and Trauma.

My office (Therapy Shed) is a welcoming and safe space committed to your growth and invokes you to reflect on your journey as a means of processing and conjuring answers. I am patient, compassionate, and committed to your healing and growth and look forward to supporting you on your journey.
