About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative and person-centred psychotherapist offering online therapy to adults.

My work is relational and integrative, shaped by person-centred values and informed by attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a phenomenological approach. I am interested in how early experiences, relationships, and life events shape our inner world, patterns, and sense of self.

I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each individual. Together, we explore emotional difficulties, relational patterns, and inner conflicts, with the aim of developing greater awareness, emotional understanding, and capacity for choice.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief, and suicidal feelings.

I work online and offer both short-term and open-ended therapy.

Practice description

Life can bring periods of anxiety, low mood, loss, trauma, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. At times, these experiences can feel overwhelming or hard to understand alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what is happening, within a relationship that is confidential, supportive, and non-judgemental.

In our work together, you are invited to talk freely about whatever feels important; whether that relates to current struggles, past experiences, relationships, or how you experience yourself and the world. We go at your pace, paying attention not only to what has happened, but to how it lives in you now.

Many of the patterns we find ourselves repeating have roots in earlier relationships and experiences. By exploring these gently and thoughtfully, therapy can support the development of deeper self-understanding, emotional awareness, and a kinder relationship with yourself. Over time, this can open up new possibilities - in how you relate to others, how you respond to difficulties, and how you make choices in your life.

Psychotherapy can be a unique and creative process of growth and change. My hope is that through our work, you may find an increased sense of clarity, balance, and agency, and feel more able to live in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
