You don't have to have all figured out. If you are tired of pretending you do, then this is the place for you. There are times when everything piles up, and it can feel exhausting to keep going. You might be feeling anxious, stressed, or just simply worn out. If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to work it out on your own. I offer a space where you can take off the mask, be yourself and feel genuinely listened to — no pressure, no “right” words, just starting where you are.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified BACP therapist with an advanced accredited BACP Diploma. I support adults who are feeling anxious, depressed, suffer with low self esteem or who are just simply struggling with life changes. We will go at your pace and take time to make sense of what’s going on for you,
During our time together, we will gently explore your world and how the influence of the past plays an integral role to the rise of these problems. At the heart of our work is our therapeutic relationship.
I'm here to help you look at ways forward and to help you feel more like yourself again.

Practice description
I offer online/in-person counselling sessions and welcome clients from all backgrounds.
For face to face sessions, I work in the heart of Cheltenham in a cosy and relaxed counselling room. There is plenty of parking space nearby and it is well served by public transport
If you are unsure about starting, that's perfectly ok. I offer a free 15 minute phone call where we can begin with a simple conversation to see how it feels.
If this feels like it could be the right space for you, we will then meet weekly. Sessions last for 50 minutes and payment is to be made 48 hours before the session. Sometimes a few weeks are enough, sometimes it can take longer. We will review our work regularly to ensure you are getting what you need from our time together.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for you to get to know me and how we can work together. We will discuss what brings you to counselling and how it may help you.
There is absolutely no obligation to carry on with counselling after this session. If you do wish to continue, we will arrange a weekly time to meet. We can set a specified time frame for your counselling or you may prefer to keep it open ended.
