About me and my therapy practice
If the way you're feeling is affecting your outlook on life, motivation, sense of self, or relationships, I can offer you a warm, safe space to explore what's happening and gain clarity or direction at difficult and confusing times.
I believe that at certain points in life, it's essential to show yourself the compassion you deserve and take time to nurture the part of you that seems lost and vulnerable. Taking steps towards greater self-awareness can be deeply liberating. It can hold the key to what's holding you back and open the door to new ways of approaching challenges and situations.
In our sessions, we’ll work together to help you understand yourself more clearly. Everyone has their own unique perspective - our response to life events is shaped by past influences, experiences and circumstances. You are the expert on your life and our work together will focus on re-discovering yourself, developing a stronger sense of purpose and meaning and understanding what is at the heart of your unique experience. My clients find a sense of relief from sharing their thoughts and feelings in the safe confines of the therapy room.
Practice description
As a qualified integrative counsellor, I adapt therapy to best support each of my clients. The person-centred approach provides the foundation of my practice and underpins the work we will do together. My sessions are in-person in North London or online and I offer an inclusive and respectful space, welcoming people from all backgrounds, cultures and identities.
My first session
Choosing a therapist is a big step. I offer a 15-minute call, giving you the chance to share what you're looking for and get a feel for how we would work together.
