About me and my therapy practice
I support adults navigating identity, culture, life experiences, and loss, often during moments when they feel alone, overwhelmed, or stuck. This is where our work together begins.
We start where you are, free from any pressure to change or be anyone else. Through reflection, insight, and supportive challenge, you can explore what a fulfilling life looks like for you and how to lean toward it with the resources and choices available to you.
I offer a compassionate, confidential space for you to deepen your understanding of how you experience life internally, in relation to others and the world around you.
Practice description
I am a relational integrative psychotherapist. My practice is grounded in care and respect for the full spectrum of human experience. I work from an affirming, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed approach that holds awareness of how social and cultural systems influence our lived experiences and mental health.
Areas I specialise In
• Reproductive Grief & Child Loss: Gently process the profound heartbreak of infertility, baby loss, infant death, medical difficulties and involuntary childlessness.
• Parenthood & Relationship Dynamics: Support through the vulnerable perinatal, postnatal periods and beyond, changing relationship dynamics and the impact of your own childhood experiences.
• Neurodivergence & Belonging: A neuro-affirming space for ADHD and autistic individuals (including those who are self-diagnosed and exploring). Navigate daily, social, and personal challenges, ease anxiety and explore identity and belonging.
Alongside working in private practice, I bring over two decades of experience across early years education, children’s mental health, and special educational needs services. I hold a Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) accredited postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute phone or online consultation, providing an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy at this time, as well as space to ask any questions and consider how we might work together.
