About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified person-centred therapist with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am currently offering online weekly sessions which provides flexibility for my clients to fit into their schedules.
I predominantly work from a person-centred approach. This approach was founded on the belief that everyone has the potential for growth, when offered the right conditions within a genuine, empathetic and non-judgemental space, empowering clients to make meaningful changes in their life.
Practice description
I work collaboratively with my clients, offering support through life’s challenges, working with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and self worth, grief and loss, addiction, relationship issues, or life changes.
You may be feeling overwhelmed or perhaps you are looking to understand yourself and your relationships on a deeper level, my aim as your counsellor is to support you in the therapeutic relationship with compassion, and respect, while offering you a non-judgemental space to work through things.
