About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative psychotherapist offering online therapy for adults, with a particular focus on supporting high-achieving neurodivergent women.

My approach is grounded in person-centred therapy, while drawing on integrative approaches to support each client’s individual needs. I aim to offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace.

I work in a neurodivergent-affirming way and have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating ADHD, including those who may have been diagnosed later in life or are exploring whether ADHD may be part of their experience.

Alongside reflective therapeutic work, I may incorporate psychoeducation and practical strategies where helpful, particularly in relation to emotional regulation and executive functioning.

I hold a Distinction in my MSc (Level 7) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am a BACP registered therapist, currently working towards accreditation. I have experience supporting clients within charity settings, including work connected to domestic abuse, which has informed my trauma-aware approach.

Practice description

I offer a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can explore what is going on for you without judgement.

Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or struggling to manage their thoughts, emotions or day-to-day demands. You may feel as though you are coping on the outside, while feeling exhausted or stuck underneath.

In our work together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and explore ways of living that feel more manageable and sustainable.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I work at your pace, and there is no expectation to share anything before you feel ready.

I offer online sessions and provide a free introductory call for those considering starting therapy.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call before booking a first session. This gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss what is bringing you to therapy, any questions you may have, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

If you decide to book a first session, this will be a 25-minute or 50-minute online session, depending on the type of support you are looking for. In our first session, we will begin exploring what has brought you to therapy, what you would like support with, and any relevant background that feels important to share.

I work at your pace, and there is no expectation to talk about anything before you feel ready. The first session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how I work and whether the space feels supportive for you.
