About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative psychotherapist offering online therapy for adults, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent women.

My work is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, explore your thoughts and feelings, and begin to make sense of your experience at your own pace.

I work in a neurodivergent-affirming way, with a particular interest in supporting clients navigating ADHD — including those who have been diagnosed later in life, or who are beginning to question whether ADHD may be part of their experience.

Alongside reflective therapeutic work, I may gently incorporate psychoeducation and practical tools where helpful, particularly when working with anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation.

I hold a Distinction in my MSc (Level 7) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am a BACP registered therapist, currently working towards accreditation. My experience includes working within charity settings, including domestic abuse support, which informs my trauma-aware approach.

Practice description

I offer a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can explore what is going on for you without judgement.

Many of the people I work with look like they’re coping on the outside, while internally things feel much harder than they should — a constant sense of overthinking, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed.

You may feel exhausted, stuck in patterns, or unsure why things feel this way.

In our work together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences, build a clearer understanding of how your mind works, and find ways of responding that feel more manageable and sustainable.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you. I work at your pace, and there is no expectation to share anything before you feel ready.

I offer online sessions and a free introductory call for those considering starting therapy.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call if you would like a gentle first conversation before booking.

You’re also welcome to book a full session if you feel ready to begin.

In our first session, we will begin exploring what has brought you to therapy and what you would like support with.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand, and no expectation to talk about anything before you feel ready. The first session is also a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and whether the space feels right for you.
