About me and my therapy practice
I'm an integrative psychotherapist offering online therapy for women navigating unhealthy relationship patterns, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, ADHD and low self-worth.
Many of the women I work with have spent so long questioning themselves, putting other people's needs first, or trying to keep the peace that they've gradually lost confidence in their own thoughts, feelings and decisions.
My approach is warm, collaborative and trauma-informed. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can slow down, explore your experiences and better understand yourself at a pace that feels right for you.
Alongside reflective therapeutic work, I may incorporate psychoeducation and practical strategies where helpful, particularly around attachment, emotional regulation, ADHD and nervous system responses. My aim is always to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, rebuild self-trust and create lasting, meaningful change.
I hold a Distinction in my MSc (Level 7) in Counselling & Psychotherapy and am an MBACP Registered Psychotherapist, currently working towards accreditation.
Alongside my core psychotherapy training, I have undertaken additional professional development in CBT-informed approaches, attachment-focused work and ADHD coaching.
My clinical experience includes working within a women's domestic abuse service, supporting women affected by emotional abuse, coercive control, trauma and complex relationship difficulties. I've also worked within hospice care, supporting people through grief, loss and significant life transitions. These experiences continue to shape the compassionate and individualised way I work with every client.
Practice description
I offer a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can explore whatever has brought you to therapy without judgement.
You may be recovering from an unhealthy relationship, struggling with anxiety or emotional overwhelm, finding it difficult to set boundaries, or feeling disconnected from yourself after spending years putting everyone else's needs first.
Together, we'll gently explore the experiences that have shaped you, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work towards helping you feel more confident, more grounded and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
Whether you're looking for short-term support around a particular difficulty or longer-term therapy to better understand yourself, sessions are always tailored to your individual needs. There is no expectation to have everything figured out before you begin, and we'll work collaboratively at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call if you'd like an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what you're looking for and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you decide to book a first session, we'll begin exploring what has brought you to therapy, what you'd like support with, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
There is no pressure to share everything straight away. The first session is simply the beginning of getting to know one another and creating a space where you can feel safe, heard and supported.
