About me and my therapy practice
I work in a person-centred way, focusing on your experience and needs. I provide counselling in Edinburgh for adults feeling anxious, stuck, or uncertain about life, relationships, or personal identity. My approach is flexible and integrative, drawing on different therapeutic perspectives depending on what feels most helpful, while always prioritising your pace and comfort.
I offer walk-and-talk counselling in nature-based settings, such as Holyrood Park and Blackford Hill, which can support grounding, reflection, and emotional expression. I also provide online therapy across the UK for those who prefer the convenience of remote sessions. My work is particularly welcoming for LGBTQ+ clients and people in the millennial generation navigating life transitions, identity, burnout, or relationship challenges.
You can find more information about my approach and values on my website RootGrove Therapy.

About me and my therapy practice
You might be outwardly coping but inwardly feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults — including many LGBTQ+ clients and millennials — who want space to slow down, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with themselves. I offer person-centred counselling online and walk-and-talk therapy in Edinburgh’s natural spaces.
