Availability
I offer online therapy during daytime and evening hours, Monday to Friday. Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly at a consistent time, as regularity helps to create a steady and containing therapeutic space.
When you get in touch, you are welcome to suggest a few preferred time slots and I will do my best to accommodate your availability.
I take planned breaks of approximately two weeks at Easter, during the summer, and over Christmas. I will always give plenty of notice in advance so that we can plan these breaks together.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Registered integrative psychotherapist offering online therapy for adults across the UK, creating a safe and collaborative space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences.
My aim is to support you in developing greater self-understanding and navigating life’s challenges with increased clarity and resilience. My practice is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic perspectives, with a strong foundation in psychodynamic thinking. This means we will pay attention not only to your current challenges, but also to the deeper patterns and relational experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we will explore how past experiences, and unconscious dynamics may be influencing your present life.
Practice description
I believe meaningful change happens within a safe and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Therapy offers the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and make sense of experiences that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or stuck. Our work will be thoughtful and paced, allowing space for both insight and emotional processing.
I work with individuals experiencing:
• Anxiety and persistent worry
• Depression and low mood
• Corporate burnout and work-related stress
• Life transitions and identity exploration
• Relationship challenges and interpersonal difficulties
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly. I am currently accepting online referrals.
I trained at Regent’s University London and am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in accordance with their ethical framework.
If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, please feel free to get in touch.
My first session
The first session is a gentle starting point. It’s a space for you to share what has brought you to therapy and what you feel you might need at this point in your life. You may have something very clear you want to explore, or you may simply know that things don’t feel quite right - both are welcome.
We will spend some time talking about your background and the experiences that feel important to you. This helps me begin to understand your world and how things have unfolded for you over time. If you have had therapy before, we can reflect on what felt supportive and what didn’t, so that our work together feels thoughtful and tailored to you.
There will be space for any questions you may have about therapy or how I work. I will explain my integrative approach and what ongoing sessions typically look like. Above all, the first meeting is about beginning to build a sense of safety and connection. The therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change, so we will take time to see whether working together feels comfortable and right for you.
There is no pressure to decide immediately, and the aim is to create a calm and open space where we can consider the next steps together.
