About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and safe space to explore life’s complexities, be curious about yourself and seek better self-understanding.
I provide face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in Notting Hill, a 5-minute walk from Notting Hill Gate tube. I also offer online sessions for UK and international clients.
Practice description
My psychotherapeutic approach is non-judgmental, inclusive of all backgrounds and identities. I offer a real therapeutic relationship in which you can be seen and see yourself. My experience in various therapeutic approaches allows me to create a personalised experience for each client. I work in a collaborative and flexible way to help you better understand yourself, making sense of your past, identifying unhelpful patterns of behaviour and thinking, understand your identity and values, explore relational difficulties and manage stress and anxiety.

My first session
During our first session we will take some time to get to know each other. I will ask questions about your background and what has brought you to therapy now. We will consider together your hopes and expectations of therapy. It is a chance for you to decide if you would feel comfortable working with me. There is no obligation to continue after our initial meeting - the therapeutic relationship is critical to accessing support and it is important you find the right fit for you.
Sessions are 50 minutes at the same day and time each week to provide a consistent and structured experience in your therapeutic journey.
