About me and my therapy practice
Many people seek therapy when past experiences, relational difficulties, or ongoing life pressures begin to feel overwhelming or difficult to manage alone. I often work with individuals affected by trauma, including childhood or relational trauma, emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationships, and complex family dynamics, who are seeking meaningful and lasting change.
I support clients with a range of concerns, including:
Trauma and childhood difficulties
Relationship and family challenges
Domestic or narcissistic abuse and complex trauma (CPTSD)
Anxiety, stress, and low mood
Self-esteem and confidence difficulties
My integrative, trauma-informed approach draws on humanistic, psychodynamic, and relational models, allowing therapy to be tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I offer a confidential and compassionate space to explore experiences safely, identify core issues, and recognise repeating behavioural or relational patterns that may be contributing to current difficulties.
Together, we clarify the changes you would like to make, set realistic and meaningful therapeutic goals, and work towards new ways of approaching life that feel authentic, sustainable, and empowering.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and intuitive. At the heart of my work is a relational approach, grounded in the belief that meaningful change develops within a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. Over time, therapy can support greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.
Practice description
I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults, both in person (Enfield, EN1) and online.
I also offer single-session therapy , a focused, one-off 90-minute session designed to help you gain clarity, explore patterns, and identify meaningful next steps. You do not need to commit to ongoing therapy to benefit; sometimes a single, dedicated conversation can support a shift in perspective or help move something forward. This option can be particularly helpful if you are feeling stuck, facing a specific challenge, or would like space to explore something important in the present.
Starting therapy is an important decision. I offer a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and consider together whether working together feels like the right fit.

My practice is grounded in a commitment to equality, diversity, and anti-discriminatory practice, in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.
My first session
Prior to beginning therapy, I offer a 30-minute initial consultation. This provides an opportunity to discuss what brings the client to therapy, their expectations and hopes for the work, an overview of how I practise, and to consider together whether working together feels like the right fit.
The first session focuses on a collaborative assessment process. This includes exploring the client’s personal history, current and past difficulties, and relevant family-of-origin experiences. The aim is to develop a shared understanding of the client’s experiences, identify core issues, and begin to recognise any repeating behavioural or relational patterns that may be contributing to current challenges.
Together, we clarify the changes the client would like to make and establish realistic, meaningful therapeutic goals, which can be reviewed and adapted as therapy progresses.
