About me and my therapy practice
Over the past 10 years I’ve worked in a range of supportive roles including holistic therapies, antenatal and postnatal teaching, hypnotherapy and coaching. In 2025 I qualified as a counsellor, bringing all of that experience together to support people in a deeper way.
One thing has always stayed the same in the work I do. I aim to create a space where people feel comfortable talking about what is really going on in their lives, without feeling judged or rushed.
Practice description
I’m now offering online appointments for counselling, hypnotherapy or a mix of both. These sessions give you the time and space to explore your thoughts, understand patterns that may be showing up in your life, and start making sense of things in a way that feels right for you.
I often work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or going through changes in life. Sometimes having a safe place to talk things through can make a real difference and help you reconnect with yourself.
I provide a calm, supportive environment where you can pause, reflect and begin to move forward.

My first session
Before booking your first session, we’ll have a free 30-minute call. This gives us a chance to see whether I’m the right counsellor for you.
During this call you can share a little about what’s brought you to counselling or what you feel you might like support with. I’ll also explain how counselling works, how sessions are structured, and answer any questions you may have.
We’ll talk about confidentiality and what you can expect from the process so you feel comfortable and clear about how things work.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly where to begin. Some people come with something very specific they want to talk about, while others simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right.
The most important thing is creating a space where you feel safe, listened to, and able to talk openly. From there we can begin to explore what’s going on for you and what you might want to understand or change. Along the way, I can also share practical tools and techniques that may help you manage thoughts, feelings, and challenges in everyday life.
