Availability

I am currently accepting enquiries from new adult clients.

My usual working hours are weekdays, with some evening appointments available, and a limited number of Saturday morning sessions. Sessions are offered by appointment only.

I aim to respond to enquiries within working hours and will reply as soon as I am able. If I am unable to offer a suitable appointment time immediately, I am happy to discuss options or support you in finding alternative therapeutic services where appropriate.

Please note that I am not able to offer crisis support. If you require urgent help, you are encouraged to contact your GP, NHS 111, your local crisis team, or emergency services.

Any planned periods of leave will be communicated in advance and discussed within therapy to ensure continuity and appropriate support.

About me and my therapy practice

I provide a high-level clinical space for individuals navigating the 'perfect storm' of neurodiversity and complex life transitions. While I have a particular specialism in supporting professional women and women of colour through the menopause transition, my practice is open to anyone seeking a medically-literate, ADHD-informed therapist.

My approach is built on a 'Bio-Psycho-Physical' model. I understand that your mental health is deeply connected to your hormones, your neurochemistry, and your physical wellbeing. With a career-long background in clinical pharmacology and medication safety, I bridge the gap between your physical body and your internal world. I provide a space where you don't have to explain the 'brain fog' of menopause or the dopamine-seeking habits of ADHD; I already speak that language.

I believe that therapy should be as rigorous as it is compassionate. Whether you are navigating late-diagnosis ADHD, struggling with a history of disordered eating, or dealing with the profound weight of bereavement, I offer a safe, culturally-informed environment to help you Retune your mindset and your health.

Practice description

My practice provides a high-level, integrative therapeutic space where clinical insight meets psychological healing. I operate on a 'Bio-Psycho-Physical' model, acknowledging that our mental wellbeing is inseparable from our biology, neurochemistry, and life transitions. I offer a calm, medically-literate environment to untangle the complexities of your experience, whether we are using ADHD-informed strategies for executive dysfunction or a person-centred approach to navigate the deep waters of bereavement and identity loss.

My work is anchored in a values-led approach that prioritises grace, compassion, and the inherent worth and dignity of every individual. I believe in the possibility of restoration and hope, even in the most challenging seasons of life. I understand the specific barriers often faced by professionals and women of colour, and I provide a culturally-informed sanctuary where your unique identity and personal values are deeply respected and validated.

Unlike many traditional services, my work is also informed by a career-long background in clinical pharmacology. This allows me to hold a knowledgeable space for clients navigating the psychological impact of hormonal shifts or medication titration.

To ensure the highest level of ethical safety, I maintain a strict separation between my therapeutic practice and my professional role in clinical pharmacology.

My first session

Our journey begins with a free 15-minute discovery call to ensure we are a good fit. This is an informal space to discuss your current challenges and how my integrative approach can support you.

Our first full session is about establishing a clear foundation. We will begin to untangle the factors bringing you to therapy - whether that is the "perfect storm" of ADHD and menopause, the complexities of disordered eating, or the weight of bereavement. I provide a calm, purposeful environment where your biology and your emotions are treated with equal importance. By the end of our first meeting, we will have identified your primary goals and agreed on a structured path for our work together.
