I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist offering therapy in North London and online.

An important aspect of my work is creating a safe and confidential space where you feel listened to. Therapy can provide a space to talk openly about what is on your mind and explore experiences that may feel difficult to make sense of on your own.

My work is grounded in both academic and clinical training. I hold an MSc in Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Clinical Practice from the University of Exeter and have also studied International Relations at the University of Sussex and Middle East Politics at SOAS University of London. These studies have contributed to my interest in how the social and political world around us can affect our emotional lives and relationships.

I also have an interest in the impact of chronic illness and how life-changing it can be, both for the person experiencing illness and for those close to them.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call, providing an opportunity to make initial contact, discuss what brings you to therapy, and ask any questions you may have.
