About me and my therapy practice
Are you experiencing overwhelming anxiety that is stopping you from enjoying your life?
Are you experiencing family and relationship difficulties and would like to feel more able to communicate your needs and feel heard?
Are you a neurodiverse individual looking for help to cope in a neurotypical world?
These are a few of the areas which I can support you with.
Life can feel busy, noisy and out of our control, and often a dedicated space to talk can help us to feel able to cope.
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, offering a space for you to be able to feel heard. The support I provide is non-judgemental and non-directive, in order to help you feel accepted and to explore your wants and needs.
I offer online and virtual sessions, allowing you to be supported from the comfort of your own home.
