About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist in Central London, dedicated to providing a space where you feel truly heard and respected. I use a grounded approach the respects your unique perspective and your inherent capacity for growth. I believe therapy is a shared journey and that together, we can navigate the complexities of anxiety, trauma, or life transitions in a partnership built on compassion, authenticity, and mutual trust.
