About me and my therapy practice
Hi! I’m Cam, an integrative therapist based in the City of London. My therapeutic style is collaborative, respectful, and down-to-earth, and I believe we can work together to establish meaningful change.
I specialise in working with people through the lasting effects of trauma, as well as issues related to trust, shame, identity, intimacy, and emotional safety. Zooming out to understand the full picture of what makes every person unique and what makes you yourself. Having lived in the Middle East for several years, I bring a unique global perspective to my practice.
If you are dealing with the effects of stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, or trauma, or still carrying the impact of past experiences, feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are or how you relate to others, I believe I can help.

About me and my therapy practice
If you are looking for a space where you can be yourself without judgment, I am here to be on your team. I help individuals move from a place of simply "coping" to a place of deep understanding and autonomy. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, processing a difficult loss, or trying to make sense of a deep-seated feeling you can't quite name, I offer a warm, honest, and collaborative environment.
I specialize in navigating life’s "in-between" spaces. My work often focuses on the long-term impacts of trauma, identity uncertainty, and the complexities of intimacy and trust. Having lived and worked overseas, where I offered psycological support to expatriates from a diverse range of backgrounds and identities, I bring a global perspective to my practice.
I apply an integrative approach, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic tools and theories to suit your unique personality and the specific challenges you are facing.
At the heart of my practice are humanistic principles, meaning I view you as the expert on your own life. My role is to provide the right conditions to help you rediscover your own resources for growth.
My approach is grounded and compassionate. You don’t need to have everything figured out or even know exactly what to say; what matters most is the willingness to begin. Together, we will unpack the weight of anxiety, shame, or exhaustion at your pace, helping you find your footing and feel more connected to the world around you.
I have particular experience in supporting those who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, shame, or self-doubt. This often includes:
* Trauma & Relational Patterns: Understanding how past experiences impact current intimacy and trust.
* Burnout: Navigating the exhaustion of prolonged stress.
* Life Transitions: Providing a steady presence during career pivots, bereavement, exploring your sense of identity, or relationship shifts.
