About me and my therapy practice
If you’ve felt like ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’, this is a place to come as you are.
Hi, I’m Camilla, an integrative therapist based in the City of London. I work with people who are navigating life transitions, relational patterns, and the weight of shame, anxiety, or intimacy issues. Whether you are dealing with burnout, struggling to feel truly safe in your relationships, or constantly masking to meet others expectations, my practice is a collaborative, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to have anything figured out to just begin.
Having lived in the Middle East for several years, I bring a culturally open, global perspective to our work, adapting therapy to your individuality. You don't need a narrative or to have everything figured out; we will unpack what you are carrying at your own pace.
