About me and my therapy practice
I work holistically, looking at all aspects of presentation through the lense of what’s been experienced in the mind, and how this is impacting the body. I work with each individual with the understanding that every client is unique in what they bring and what they may need or wish to gain from therapy. Working with me you can be assured of authenticity and unconditional positive regard for your health and well-being.
Practice description
You can expect a safe container for your emotions when working with me. I provide a non judgemental, confidential space where you can be assured that you will be treated with dignity and respect. I use different styles to suit each individual through what they may be experiencing.
